How to organize saved conversations on Threads
On Threads, Saved is a single list. Save the post that contains the idea (often a reply, not the first post) and gather the links by project in a note, with a line of context for each one.
Step by step
- Save the post that contains the idea, which is often a reply, not the first post.
- For a project, copy the link to each post (Share → Copy link) into a note.
- Write one line of context: which question that post answers.
A conversation changes direction
The first post asks a question; the useful answer comes three replies later; the author corrects a fact at the very end. Before you save anything, read to the end and keep the part that counts.
In your note, separate what was said from what you concluded. “Example raised in the discussion” is more honest than turning the example into a rule.
One list per question
- Link: the post or reply that helps.
- Context: the question it answers.
- Use: what you'll do with the idea.
- Check: the source or fact you still need to verify.
One list per question (“how do I present the idea to the team?”) keeps casual reading separate from work material.
Combine without losing who said what
If two conversations argue for different paths, keep both with the context of each one. In KeepScroll, shared posts sit under the same subject, and the chat answers showing which post each part came from. The same care applies to Reddit discussions.
