How to organize saved Instagram, TikTok and YouTube videos in one place
Each network keeps your saves in its own list, and none of them talk to each other. To bring everything together, keep the links in one place (a note, a spreadsheet or a link library) and organize by subject, not by network.
Step by step
- Choose a single place for the videos you want to use again: a note, a spreadsheet or a library app.
- When you save a video on any network, tap Share, copy the link and bring it to that place.
- Organize by subject, like “Trip to Lisbon”, and keep the network only as the source.
Three ways to bring it all together
| Where | Good for | Takes work |
|---|---|---|
| Saved items on each network | Rewatching the video in the app itself | Remembering which network it's on |
| Note or spreadsheet of links | Gathering a project's sources | Writing a title and reason for each link |
| KeepScroll | Finding things by what was said and asking | Sharing each link with the app |
You don't have to give up each network's saved items. They're still useful for rewatching the video; the shared place is for finding the information.
What to keep with each link
- A recognizable title: “Pasta with roasted tomatoes”, not “recipe”.
- The reason: “try without a blender”, “take on the trip”.
- The detail to find it later: the ingredient, the place, the tool.
Start with a real project, like your next trip, and gather only its links. You don't need to move years of saves at once.
Where KeepScroll comes in
Instead of writing a title and reason by hand, you share the link with KeepScroll. It watches the video, summarizes it, transcribes the speech when there is any and puts each item in the collection for its subject, with the source network marked. The app doesn't import your saved lists on its own: you choose what goes in.
To organize within each network, there are guides for the Instagram Reels, the TikTok Favorites and the YouTube Watch Later.
