How to organize everything you save online
Choose a single place for the links you want to use again, start with the subject you'll need first and write, for each link, why you saved it. Old saves come in gradually, when you need them.
Step by step
- Choose a single place for the links you want to use again.
- Start with the subject you'll need first, like your next trip.
- For each link, write one line about why you saved it.
The problem isn't saving, it's finding
The recipe is in Saved on Instagram, the tutorial in Watch later, the tip in a screenshot in your camera roll and the article in a chat with yourself on WhatsApp. Each place keeps things well, but none of them talk to each other. When it's time to use it, you don't remember where it is.
- Screenshot: keeps the image, but loses the link and what was said.
- Chat with yourself: keeps the link, but it scrolls out of sight.
- Saved items on each network: keep the video, but one app can't see the other.
A method that fits your routine
- When you find something useful, tap Share and send the link to your one place.
- Write the reason when it isn't obvious: “try at dinner”, “take on the trip”.
- When it's time to use it, look there first, before opening the networks.
- When the project is done, delete what's no longer useful.
Old saves come in gradually, when you need them. Don't set aside a weekend to sort everything.
Your one place can work for you
A note or spreadsheet works, but it depends on you writing a title and reason for each link. KeepScroll receives the link through Share from any app, reads or watches the content and organizes it by subject on its own. Later, you search by what was said or ask the chat. See the app to organize saved content.
