Delete your account and data

You can delete your KeepScroll account (published by Moonphase) and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app
Open KeepScroll, tap the account icon, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Items, notes, conversations, folders, settings and sign-in are erased from the server within minutes, even if you close the app.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete KeepScroll account" from your account's email address (if you used Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay address). Don't send passwords. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. We complete requests within 15 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Saved items, notes, conversations, folders you created and your membership in other people's folders, preferences, notification tokens and your KeepScroll sign-in. Your Apple or Google account keeps existing.
What may remain
The analysis of the links' public content, with no link to you; minimal records that stop a late sync from recreating data; usage events already sent, without name or email; and purchase records kept by the store and the subscription service for the legally required period.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel billing. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Delete only some data
You can delete items and conversations in the app, or email us to delete specific data without deleting your account.
