Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the KeepScroll app, published by Moonphase. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

KeepScroll keeps public links from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit and web pages that you share or paste, and generates a title, summary, a transcript when there is accessible speech, and other information from that content, so you can find it and ask about it later.

KeepScroll is not affiliated with those platforms or with the saved sites, and the content remains its publishers'. The app does not download videos for you, does not play them and does not keep the videos it analyzes; "Open original" takes you to the content at its source.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google, and you are responsible for the use of your account. Minors must use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

The app is for personal use. Only save content you can access. You may not automate saves or questions, resell or redistribute the service or its analyses, get around limits, try to access other accounts' data, or use the app for anything illegal.

Shared folders

When you share a folder or add items to someone else's folder, you are responsible for what you share. You may not share content that is illegal, sexual, violent or graphic, hateful, harassing or threatening, spam, other people's personal data without permission, or content that infringes others' rights.

You can report a folder, an item or a person and block someone right in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove items, remove people from folders and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated answers

Summaries, translations and chat answers are generated by artificial intelligence from the content you saved and can contain errors or omissions. Check the original before making important decisions, such as about health, money or safety. You can report an answer right in the chat.

Plans and subscription

Without a subscription, KeepScroll saves and shows your links, with 3 free analyses. KeepScroll Pro includes up to 100 new items analyzed per week (the week resets on Monday at 00:00 in your time zone; content already analyzed on KeepScroll does not count) and unlimited chat for personal use (a technical limit of 500 questions per day, only against automation).

The subscription is charged by the store where you subscribed (App Store or Google Play), at the price and in the currency of your region shown before purchase. The annual plan has 7 free days for people who have not had the trial; the monthly plan has no trial. It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before: on iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Canceling keeps access until the end of the paid period or trial. Refunds follow the store's rules.

When Pro ends, nothing is deleted: your items stay saved and new ones wait for analysis.

Store terms

On iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but it can have interruptions, and analyzing a link depends on what the public source offers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the app's analyses or answers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
